Hodiax Bug Zappers are scientifically engineered and designed in California. Our production is made using modern robotic facilities with a minimal human touch, in an EPA and CE certified and contracted manufacturer in China.

Hodiax is based and ships out of City of Industry, CA. All orders received before 3:00 PM PST, on standard business days (Monday - Friday) are processed and shipped out on the same day. Customers may select between USPS, UPS, and FedEx for their orders. For estimated shipping times - please check the USPS/UPS/FEDEX chart based on shipments from the City of Industry to the final destination. Depending on the final destination and shipping service selected,, the transit time is usually between 1-5 business days after the package has been picked up.

1) Orders may be returned for any reason within 21 days for Hodiax.com customers, and 28 days for Amazon customers. Items must be in original packaging and undamaged with all accessories intact and included. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the order back to Hodiax.

2) If you received your order and the items were damaged upon receipt, you must notify Hodiax within 3 business days of the delivery date listed on the tracking number to receive a replacement or a full refund. This rule applies even to orders that were placed as gifts. We recommend all customers inspect each item's packaging for any visible damage before giving it away to friends or family. Any returns outside of the 3-day period with visible damage to the packaging or products will be rejected.
